Montegrappa for Alfa Romeo Limited Edition Carbon Fiber / Sterling Silver Pens

Two legendary Italian brands, Montegrappa and Alfa Romeo, team up to celebrate the 100th anniversary of Alfa Romeo.  Montegrappa has released a limited number of pens that embody the essence of Alfa Romeo’s history and prestige through the use of evocative materials.

The pens available through Carbon Fiber Gear all utilize carbon fiber, among other exotic materials we’ll go over.  You’ll have the option for one of four different pens, a fountain pen (Limited edition run of 246), rollerball pen (Limited edition run of 246), ballpoint pen (Limited edition run of 246) or mechanical pencil (Limited edition run of 167).  Each option has a carbon fiber body with sterling silver elements.  The red cap, signifying Italian racing red, is traditional celluloid.

The nib on the fountain pen, which is partially rhodium-plated, features the Alfa four-leaf clover etched in 18k gold.  The nib feeder is made from ebonite, proving that even the parts hidden from the eye are selected and crafted with the utmost attention to detail.

Each pen is packaged in its own exclusive eco-leather case, with a pen pouch and an international guarantee certifying the research, passion and pure brilliance of the craftsmen who have produced this commemorative line for Alfa Romeo.
